Implementation of Sustainable Development Policies in the Environmental Sector Based on e-Governance in Riau Province

This study aims to analyze the application of e-governance in supporting implementation environmentally sustainable development policies Riau Province and factors that influence it. The research used descriptive qualitative methods using primary data collected through focus group discussions secondary documentation techniques. results found Local Government has consistently continuously implemented Hijau program. Egovernance been well implementing by collaboration between government, private sectors, civil society succeed supported information communication technology (ICT). for environmental were: local government’s high commitment consistency; existence both macro micro are clear, sustainable, systematic; policy implementers really understand details Hijau; clear measurable target groups benefits; is operationalized various concrete systematic projects activities; adequate financial resources infrastructures; agencies. inhibiting were not all relevant stakeholders make optimal use existing ICT facilities; there inadequate facilities infrastructures some areas Province; problems issues. Based on these findings, this recommends optimizing stakeholders, needs be an increase equity infrastructures.
